Emile Gauvreau

In 2002, Emile started and managed his own real estate investment business that has raised and invested over $2.5 million in private investor funds over the past 6 years. He has been personally involved with the transactions involving over 50 properties in 6 states. The properties range from $100,000 townhouses in Texas to multi-million dollar apartment complexes in Michigan, Mississippi, Texas and California. He has learned from some of the master teachers in the industry as well as from his hands on, in the trenches experiences.

Emile also had a distinguished career in the health care industry working with large managed care medical groups in numerous cities across the country. He has also served as a Board member, Board officer and business advisor to a wide variety of nonprofit, community-based organizations for over 35 years. A notable accomplishment includes the turnaround and growth of a large managed care medical group. This medical group went from an operating loss of over $1.5 million to an annual profit of over $3.0 million while increasing the volume of its business from $40 million to almost $50 million annually in a 3-year period.

Emile has a MS degree from the UCLA School of Public Health in Strategic Planning and Policy. He is also a 2006 graduate of the University of Transformation and Spiritual Leadership at the Agape International Spiritual Center in Los Angeles, CA.
